Meeting Tomorrow Cancelled, Updates from WA FOP

Brothers and Sisters, You're going to get several notificaitons about upcoming meetings, some cancelled some still on. This email is a courtesy to provide a little more info. As a board we really don't like blowing up your emails and try to limit how much we do these email blasts but will all the "dings" you all are about to get I felt a heads up as to why was needed.

Successful Ball and FOP calling Members

Hello Folks, First thing, thank you to everyone who came out to the FOP Lodge 18 Ball last weekend. The food, people and atmosphere is always so great and the dancing is always so--adequate. Cops aren't real loose in the hips turns out, something about gun belts. But still, it was certifiably a hoot. We are putting together the final numbers for the money we raised.

Great Medical Insurance News

Washington State FOP has added to it's list of benifits retired medical insurance. This is fantastic news as we have been asking for this for years. Who qualifies: 1-Must be a FOP member 2-Older then 50 years old 3-Under 65 years old (at 65 you qualify for medicare.
